Salon policy

Our salon policies are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both clients and service providers.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost at the discretion of the service provider.
  • Minors & Spa Services: Clients under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present in the room for spa services. Please inform us in advance if the appointment is for a minor.
  • Children in the Salon: While we love children, we strive to maintain a relaxing and safe spa environment. We kindly ask that you do not bring children (12 & under) unless they have a scheduled appointment as we use chemicals and potentially dangerous equipment. Children must be accompanied by an adult for their entire appointment!
  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
