Guests should arrive about 5 minutes before class to allow time for check-in. A waiver must be signed for every new attendee. All mats and props will be provided for you, though you're welcome to bring your own. Classes are $16 for drop-ins or $19 for heated classes. Membership options available!

If a class has fewer than 3 participants, your instructor may reach out to offer an alternate class. There are no refunds on classes; however, if you need to cancel, you can move to another class time!

Join us for our Spa-inspired Yoga flow Pop-Up — an experience that embodies who we are at our core. Through guided movement with our very own yoga instructor Bobbie and esthetician Heather, you’ll be invited into a space designed for restoration, connection, and deep relaxation.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute gentle yoga flow — slow, intentional movement that encourages you to soften, breathe, and reconnect with your body. From there, we’ll don our robes and transition seamlessly into a calming sound healing experience paired with restorative facial treatments as you settle into shavasana (laying down).
This is where yoga meets a grounding spa experience — where movement becomes stillness, and a traditional spa day transforms into a slow, fluid ritual of care for both body and mind. Come as you are, slow down with us, and experience the Bloom way of wellness.

All classes at Bloom are beginner-friendly. Whether it’s your very first visit or you’re easing back into a routine, there’s a class for you.
Pilates Foundations– A great starting point for beginners. Focuses on core strength, alignment, and controlled movement while learning the fundamentals of Pilates.
Yoga Foundations – Perfect for first-timers. This class breaks down basic poses, breathing, and alignment in a supportive, slower-moving environment.
Yin Yoga – Low-impact and accessible for all levels. Poses are held longer to gently stretch muscles and improve flexibility while encouraging relaxation.
Barre Strength – Beginner-friendly with options to modify for higher intensity. Focuses on posture, balance, and controlled strength using small, intentional movements.
Ramp up the intensity with:
Vinyasa & Heated – A flowing, breath-led practice that links movement and poses together. Expect continuous movement and sweat!
Heated Mat Pilates– A step up in intensity with added heat to support muscle activation, strength, and mobility. Still approachable, with options to modify.
Heated Pilates Sculpt– More dynamic and strength-focused. Combines Pilates fundamentals with sculpting movements for a higher-energy experience.

Move with breath, stay centered, and gradually build heat through a steady, flowing practice. Designed to support strength and balance, with blocks available to help you feel supported every step of the way.

Unwind through slow, intentional movement and extended holds that help release tension and restore balance. With the support of bolsters and props, you’ll be guided into a deeply calming, grounding experience.

You might see "Sculpt" tagged onto your favorite classes! Sculpt uses props like weights, resistance bands, and small equipment to add challenge, tone your muscles, and build strength. Expect controlled, purposeful movements that refine your form, improve posture.
